ART T.O.S.
This T.O.S. directly relates to the commission process. Please do not commission me if you do not agree to these terms in advance. Any issues caused by the failure to adhere to the T.O.S. is solely the commissioner's fault. By commissioning me you agree to these terms.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable regardless of the legal or moral status of the themes.

  • You may not request a refund until 4 months has elapsed from date of payment with no work done.

  • I am not able to provide a turnaround time for your piece due to physical and mental health complications, by commissioning me you understand that there is no estimated completion time.

  • Payment is to be sent through goods and services on PayPal in GBP unless otherwise discussed. Do not include your delivery address in the transaction or you will be refunded and blacklisted.

  • Payment must be sent in full before work is started.

  • A clear digital reference must be provided. Colouring mistakes resulting from a low-quality reference (including references with lighting effects) will not be fixed.

  • I do not take artistic liberty commissions. If you do not provide a pose / expression / brief personality I will refund you and cancel your order.

  • Do not profit off of any sales using my art without first discussing a commercial use license fee with me. I will pursue legal action if this is ignored.

DESIGN T.O.S.
This T.O.S. directly relates to any of my designs purchased through myself or otherwise. Please do not purchase a design by me if you do not agree to these terms in advance. Any issues caused by the failure to adhere to the T.O.S. is solely the commissioner's fault. By purchasing a design created by me, you agree to these terms.

  • Do not claim to be the creator of the initial design regardless of how many design edits are made.

  • Do not miscredit my designs intentionally.

  • You may resell my designs, but please do not artificially inflate their prices for personal gain or you'll be blacklisted.

  • Do not circumvent the toyhou.se permissions on my designs, they are accurate to every character they are attached to.

  • The longest I will hold any design is 36hrs. After this point they will be released to the next interested party. I will not initiate another hold after the 36hrs expires.

  • If you repeatedly miss held deadlines you will be blacklisted from holding in future.

TELEGRAM STICKERS

  • £20 per character, per sticker

  • Minimum spend of £80 at once

  • Primarily headshots, but will use half / fulls where needed for the pose or expression.

  • Designs may be simplified.

Please be aware that all commissions listed here (excluding telegram stickers) are SKETCHES ONLY. The sketches will be cleaned up roughly if coloured or rendered, but will still retain sketch-like quality. If you would like to purchase anything not listed please contact me for a quote.
